GPA was started in 1982 by two entrepreneurs selling plastic valves. They soon realized the need for a company offering a one-stop-shop solution within flow technology and expanded the range to include pipes and valves in various materials, flow meters, welding machines, training, machine rental, etc.
In 1995 GPA was acquired by Indutrade and integrated into the Flow Technology division.
